Next to each black adjustment screw, up to four frame screws can be fixed into the subfloor.
Wooden subfloor: pre-drilling is not necessary. Place one frame screw per 1 m² for additional stability.
Concrete subfloor: first drill a Ø 6 mm hole through the existing hole in the structural plate, then screw in the frame screw. Always insert at least a few frame screws to secure the system.
Do not overtighten the screw; once it is anchored in the subfloor, the system is secured. Thanks to the threading in the structural plate, the screw does not need to be fully driven in; once it grips the subfloor, the system is held in place.
Multilayer parquet can be glued onto OSB 3/4 boards, provided the CircoFloor system is anchored to the subfloor with at least four frame screws per m² and the OSB 3/4 boards are fastened to the CircoFloor system with at least 13 wood screws per m².
