WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
Home delivery:
Within Europe (except Cyprus & Malta): Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain, Austria, Italy, Luxembourg, Denmark, Portugal, Finland, Sweden, Greece, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Croatia.
Outside of Europe: Ireland, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
The shipping cost depends on the selected country and will be displayed during the checkout process under the "shipping method" section.
Note: for some regions, there is an additional surcharge for remote areas by the courier service. If this is the case, we will inform you about it after purchasing your order and tell you what the extra cost would be before we send the package. The list of regions that belong to the remote areas can be found here (only available in Dutch).
No extra charges apply for Belgium.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
If you order before 12:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day (if a working day).
Note: this applies to orders placed on working days. For orders placed on the weekend or on public holidays, the shipment will take place on the next working day.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Within Belgium: Usually, the order is delivered 1 to 2 working days after shipment. For orders placed on the weekend or on holidays, the delivery time may be slightly longer.
