How does collection work?

1. Order and pay online. Choose your preferred available collection option at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation and a payment confirmation.
2. Staenis passes on your order. Once your payment has been received, we pass your order on to the chosen collection point.
3. You receive the practical collection email. Once all collection points involved have been informed, you receive a separate email with the address, contact details and collection instructions. If several collection points are involved, you receive one combined overview.
4. Arrange collection before setting off. Wait for the practical email and follow its instructions to arrange your collection time. An order or payment confirmation does not mean the products are already ready for collection.
