WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

Home delivery:

- Within Europe (except Cyprus & Malta): Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain, Austria, Italy, Luxembourg, Denmark, Portugal, Finland, Sweden, Greece, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ireland and Croatia.

- Outside of Europe: United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

The shipping cost depends on the selected country and is displayed during the checkout process under the "shipping method" section.

Note: for some regions, the courier service charges an additional fee for remote areas. If this is the case, we will inform you about this after purchasing your order and let you know what the additional cost would be before we send the package. You can find the list of regions that belong to the remote areas here (only available in Dutch).

For Belgium, there are no additional charges.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Our fixed shipping day is Wednesday. Once we have received your payment (by Tuesday evening at the latest at 6 pm), your order will be shipped on Wednesday via courier service. On public holidays, the fixed shipping day will be moved to the next working day. Note: If you choose to pay by transfer, it can take up to 3 working days for the amount to appear in our account. Therefore, it may happen that your order will not go with the shipment until the following Wednesday. If you still want your delivery to go, please send us a payment receipt via [email protected].

Express Order: Do you need your order faster? For the products listed below, you can choose an express order. Additional costs apply, depending on the size/weight of your order:

• €10 incl. VAT per extra label in Belgium and the Netherlands
• €15 incl. VAT per extra label in France and Germany

Order and pay as usual via our webshop (with standard shipping costs) and let us know via [email protected] that you want express shipping. You will then receive a separate invoice for the additional express transport costs.

We ship your express order via Bpost Olsene. Be sure to check the opening hours in advance; we always do our best to deliver your package on time.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Within Belgium: Usually, the order is delivered 1 to 2 working days after shipment.

- If you choose the standard shipping on Wednesday, your order will therefore arrive on Thursday or Friday.

- Do you need your product quickly? Then use our urgent order service. When you order before 12:00, you will have your purchase at home the next day. This means that you will receive your order within 1-2 working days. Note: this applies to orders placed on working days. For orders placed on the weekend or on public holidays, the delivery time may be slightly longer.

Outside Belgium: Below you can find an indication of the delivery times per country, which are used by our courier service. Note: these are indications and are therefore not binding.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

When your package has been sent, you will receive an automatic email about this. You will also receive a Track & Trace code so you can track where your order is.
