Affordable & smart — A cost-efficient alternative to PUR + screed thanks to dry installation (no drying time) and an extremely lightweight build-up (±10 kg/m² instead of ±100 kg/m²). At the same time, you achieve high insulation values (e.g., Rd 5.75 at 20 cm), reducing energy use.
Securely anchored — Screw the system down with frame screws: directly into timber or into concrete via a Ø6 mm pre-drilled hole. Everything stays firmly in place — even beneath multilayer parquet (min. 4 frame screws/m²; OSB with min. 13 wood screws/m²).
Fast and precise leveling — Adjust the height steplessly using the adjustment screws (also adjustable after installation) and finish your floor in 1 day, with no waiting time.
Improved acoustics — The floating, decoupled build-up with modular grids and a mass layer significantly reduces impact sound: in our tests up to +30 dB ΔLw (e.g., from Ln,w 78 dB to 48 dB). The result is noticeably less footfall and contact noise in the room below. ΔLw is the standard metric for impact sound reduction.
