Delivery & collection

How does collection work?

Order and pay online first. You will receive the practical instructions for your chosen collection point by email. Follow the confirmed collection instructions before setting off.

Choosing collection in Loppem? Wait for Gheeraert's separate email confirming your order is ready before calling or emailing Gheeraert or setting off.

If the products are in stock, collection is usually possible on the next working day after your paid order has been processed and passed on. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and closure days. Gheeraert's confirmation email determines when you can collect. Same-day collection is not guaranteed.

An order confirmation, payment confirmation or practical information email from Staenis does not mean your order is ready for collection.

Already received Gheeraert's ready-for-collection confirmation? Follow the collection instructions in that email.

Do you have a problem with your order or would you like to discuss something with us? Email [email protected] and include your order number if you have already placed an order.
